Manual Posting:

  1. Tap the "Progress" icon at the bottom left of the screen.

  2. Click "Manually post a distance"

  3. Select you Date, activity type (note that apart from steps all other activities are distance based)

  4. Enter your distance (or steps)

  5. You have the option of adding a comment and/or photo.

  6. If you are on more than 1 challenge you will see the icon for these challenges, tapping these will toggle them on or off (greyed out), this will determine where the distances post to.

  7. When you tap post you will be taken to a confirmation screen to confirm the details are correct.

Posting via a Connection:

  1. You can post via Apple Health, Google Fit (coming soon), Fitbit, Strava, Garmin, adidas running, RunKeeper or Map My Run/Ride.

  2. There are 2 places where you need to make sure things are set up correctly.

  3. Go to "My Connections" from the Main Menu (bottom right of screen), then follow the directions to connect to your desired app.

  4. Go to "Posting Preferences" from the Main Menu (bottom right of screen), select the challenge you want the connected data to do to and tick the boxes (if you are on only 1 challenge having "All sources" is fine).

It is important to note that the connections are not instantaneous. Step counter data (Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health) will generally come into The Conqueror app at midnight. You will only see this progress in your app when you start moving in the morning, so checking it from bed in the morning might not work! :)

Semi Automatic Posting:

This is a feature that we have for our step counter connections, Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health.

  1. Over the course of the day the steps from your connections will be coming into our database, if you would like to view these to post before midnight you can do this.

  2. Tap the "Progress" icon at the bottom left of the screen.

  3. You will see "Post your Apple Health / Fitbit / Garmin Steps" (If you don't see this you are probably not connected, see above)

  4. Tap the steps that you wish to post immediately.

Notes on Semi Automatic Posting and connections:

  1. These 3rd party apps require The Conqueror App to be running in the back ground in order to send data, so if you force shut The Conqueror App, these Midnight posts will not occur.

  2. Fitbit will sometimes require you to open the fitbit app and refresh it before it sends data.
